In my search for a natural alternative, I found the Salzburger Getreidemuhlen mills. Some of their mills use a natural granite millstone, while others have the corundum ceramic grinding wheels. I ordered the MT18, which is their largest mill, primarily because it uses natural granite millstones, and also has a larger millstone diameter.
